New CareApo24 Installation at Jakobus Apotheke in Asten

At the core of the installation is the CareApo24 Terminal, an integrated 4 in 1 system that brings several key pharmacy services together in one connected solution.
Patients can collect prescriptions or pre ordered products at any time through the terminal after consultation with the pharmacy, enabling flexible pickup outside normal opening hours. This helps reduce queues during the day while ensuring that medication remains accessible whenever it is needed.
In addition, the system allows customers to purchase OTC products directly through a simple and intuitive digital interface. Secure digital payments such as Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard enable fast and reliable transactions.
The integrated display can also continuously provide important pharmacy information, including opening hours, contact details, and nearby pharmacies on duty. Duty schedules can be updated remotely, allowing pharmacies to quickly adjust information when needed.
For pharmacies that provide night duty services, the system can be expanded with features such as an intercom, pass through hatch, prescription slot, and e card reader. These options allow secure communication and controlled dispensing during night duty while keeping internal workflows efficient.
At Jakobus Apotheke, the CareApo24 Terminal is connected to the pharmacy’s storage robot and integrated into the pharmacy portal. This connection enables automated product transfer, real time data exchange, and seamless integration into the pharmacy’s existing infrastructure.
